People often tell me that they “should” get healthy but don’t know where to start or don’t have the time. Most people know what they need to be doing but aren’t sure how to get in a consistent routine that feels authentic to their life or have the accountability to make it stick.

I empower my clients and provide ongoing support and guidance to improve their health and happiness on a variety of levels. Although I truly believe that food is medicine, our work will encompass more than just nutrition, as we discover what other areas your body seeks nourishment; we will look to the physical, emotional, and spiritual contributors as well.

First we will set small goals, in order to make sustainable lifestyle changes. These are much more than just a diet or a fad, as we find what areas you need support as an individual and go from there. It is my job to listen and meet you where you are and gradually support you on your unique journey to improved vitality. These changes take time, just as it has taken time to get where you are today, which is why I encourage a 6 month commitment for first time clients. I am here to support your growth and provide accountability in a gentle, encouraging way that helps keep you on track and moving forward towards living your best life. I believe balance, flexibility and self-kindness are vital to true health.
